PRS Telecom Ltd and its Businesses are trading organisations selling Its Products and Services to business clients. Through this trading, we may be passed or be required to request and receive the Personal Data of persons within the Client Organisation
If we do need to collect personal data, it will be used to fulfil Our and the Client’s contractual obligations with a Supplier such as a Lease Company.
Our legal basis for processing for the personal data:
• processing necessary to meet contractual obligations for the data subject or their business;
• processing necessary to meet legal obligations of the data controller.

PRS Telecom Ltd does not use personal data for our marketing. Our marketing is aimed at business entities and their personnel as personnel.

Our business clients may from time to time, need to provide us with the personal data of their employees in order for us to fulfil our role or provide a service that the business client expects of us.
